We run this site by email only. There is no phone line, no chat and no office to visit, and we do not publish a street address. Write to info@hurghadasnorkeling.guide and we will reply as soon as we can.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. A price that has changed, a fee that has risen, a boat or beach club that has closed, a link that no longer works, a mistake in a translation. Tell us which page and what you saw, with a link or a photo of the listing if you have one.
- Your experience. If a trip you booked was very different from its description — a beach stop much shorter than advertised, cash extras that were never mentioned, a crowded boat — telling us helps keep our advice honest.
- Operators and venues. If you run a company we review and a fact about you is wrong or out of date, write to us with the evidence and we will check it. We correct facts; we do not sell reviews, scores, placements or links.
- Partnership requests. We do not accept paid articles or sponsored reviews.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell trips, so we cannot see, change or cancel your booking, and we cannot issue refunds. Please contact:
- GetYourGuide, Headout or Tiqets — if you booked through one of them, use the contact options in your booking confirmation or the platform's app. Your contract is with the platform and the local boat company, and they handle changes and refunds.
- The boat company or agency — if you booked direct, at the marina or through a local seller, contact them directly. Keep your receipt.
- Your hotel's excursion desk — if you booked a trip there.
If your boat trip is cancelled because the Red Sea Ports Authority has closed Hurghada port in bad weather, the rules depend on how you booked. On GetYourGuide, when the boat company cancels for weather you are offered a new date or a full refund. Headout refunds once the supplier has refunded it. A seller paid in cash has to be contacted directly. Our guide to GetYourGuide vs Headout explains the cancellation terms in more detail.
In an emergency
We cannot help in an emergency. In Egypt, the tourist police can be reached on 126. Travel insurance that covers water sports and sea rescue is worth having before you go; the Hurghada travel guide has the practical details.
Before you write
- Please do not send us passport numbers, card details or booking passwords. We never need them.
- Many questions are already answered on the site: start with the Hurghada snorkeling guide, boat trip prices or the best time to go.
